An American Hero has passed, Hugh Hefner, the creator of
Playboy magazine. He was 91 when he passed in his sleep. Hugh was
the king of the nudie mag. Chip and Cern reflect on Playboy the
Magazine and how it played a part in their lives as a teenage
boy.
Chip recalls a story when he was at the dump with his family
and spotted a stack of old Playboys. He started to rack his brain
on how to get the magazines from the dump to the car to take home,
all under his parent’s watch.
Chip and Cern never really had the Playboy in dad’s sock
drawer experience growing up. Being millennials there wasn’t really
that much need for a hard copy of your porno. Chip and Cern did
grow up in the days of dial up internet, so downloading one photo
took 20 mins.
