Chip and Cern Show

Oct 18, 2018

Aboard a Frontier Airlines flight, a female passenger refused to get off a flight after her emotional support squirrel was denied entry on the plane because it was a rodent. A few months back there was an emotional support peacock that was denied entry. Should emotional support animals be limited to mammals or just dogs and cats? Chip and Cern discuss this and more on this episode of the Chip and Cern Show.

Chip and Cern do some thinking that if there was just the ability to purchase a seat for your ESA (emotional support animal) and people didn’t have to fain the need for support and push everything to the limit with these exotic animals.

Cern has a serious fear of rodents, rats, squirrel, and flying. Chip and Cern go into a story about how there was a mouse at Chip’s house and he and Cern were looking for it and it ran across Cern’s hand.

Frontier Airlines has since updated its ESA policy to only include dogs and cats.

Chip and Cern discuss the peacock support animal situation.

Chip shares his story about getting an emotional support animal certificate for his dogs so that he can rent an apartment without bias.
